I recently arranged a trip on Jetblue from Hartford, CT to Orlando, Fl. Your day of the flight was stunning so that as we went about 1 1/2 hrs to Hartford from our house we anticipated no issues with our trip. Nevertheless, whenever we reached the airport we were informed the trip was terminated because of preservation problems. Whenever we questioned why we weren't informed we were informed "many people got the e-mail, many people did not." We also were informed they understood concerning the issue since 8:00 AM (our trip was at 3:00 pm). We also were informed that people were reserved on the trip for that same period 24 HOURS LATER. Because our holiday had been brief (Wed-Sunshine), dropping each day wasn't a choice. There have been no additional routes out-of Hartford, but there have been some out-of JFK and LGA, WHICH MAY have now been choices had we been informed while in the home. Alternatively, we chose to not return within the vehicle to get a 3-hour visit to NY and instead bought seats on Southwest which had a trip making 3 hours later. Though Jetblue returned our cost - this new flight price us $1400 significantly more than our unique trip. If we needed a holiday our options were the one and only to consider the Southwest offer. The Jetblue table brokers were really unhelpful, and contacting 1800 jetblue was no support both. Upon our return I delivered a via the web site also got us nowhere. If our trip have been POSTPONED (based on their statement of privileges) we would be eligible for twice the buying price of our one-way cost. But because our trip was terminated we were eligible for nothing. Huh? Like a motion of goodwill we were provided $50 per individual for potential journey. Until it's on another flight, I believe I Will miss it...
