My fiance and I are deciding to go on a cruise again. NCL has not responded to us at all of our reservation last year and we are seeking legal and help from the media/internet if this is not resolved. Last year my mother had a pituitary tumor removal, with this happening
we were unable to go on our Cruise due to this. Now my mother is permanently disabled, suffered severe strokes and hormone imbalances. We are asking NCL for some credit/discount to go on a cruise again, we regret not purchasing Cruise insurance, but at the time we did not have any extra money to spend for the insurance. We are only college students, college students with only some money to spend on each other. We have spent over $1,600 on this cruise and not a dime back nor a reschedule offer from NCL. Many travel companies have similar cancellation polices as yours, but they at least accomadate some request. American Airlines for example allowed us to reschedule with only a small fee from our flight to ORD-MIA. I ask you please help, please help us enjoy the $1,600 we have spent on each other.
