After booking a 5 night cruise with Direct Line Cruise and paying a $100 deposit I realized that we could not travel on the date of the cruise. I called them and asked to cancel the reservation and to get a refund of my deposit. I got my deposit all right minus $35.00 each for a penalty for cancelling. So I got $30.00 of my $100.00 deposit without a word to me that it would cost me to cancel. Never Again book with them.
