Unfair pricing - Airline Flight

I am a government contractor working for the US Army at Kwajalein Atoll, because Continental is the only airlines that stops at this location it is charging a fee for travel at about twice the amount just to travel to Honolulu compared to Honolulu to anywhere in the continental US.
It seems like we are being over charged just because we are serving our country.
