I was one of those duped into buying one of the cruise from this company. The problem is I did not know of this complaint until after i paid more money to accomodate me two kids. I bought into this cruise/scam last year to give my wife a surprise birthday gift.
Now, I don't know what to do. My trip will be this Easter and my kids are so excited because it is our first time to try a cruise. I don't know if we should go ahead and go to Florida. I'm scared that this is not going to be a vacation but a disaster. Can somebody please give me an advise or suggestion.
