I bought a vacation deal from Orbitz.com including a Honolulu to Kona trip aboard Mesa Airlines part PROCEED! Airlines. The MOVE! Trip was terminated whilst the pilots had "timed-out", making me to buy a complete-cost Hawaiian Airlines to obtain from Honolulu to Kona. Despite numerous emails and telephone calls to "customer support" of Orbitz, Mesa, and PROCEED! I've yet to be repaid for that Hawaiian Airlines solution. Many months before, A CHANCE! Trip from Honolulu to Hilo has overshot the Hilo airport as equally PROCEED! Pilots had dozed off and needed to be awakened from the Hilo control structure. I'll never again cope with Orbitz, Mesa or PROCEED!
