I bought an Orbitz.com trip bundle including a Honolulu to Kona trip aboard Mesa part PROCEED! Airlines. The MOVE! Trip was terminated since the pilots had "timed-out", making me to buy a complete cost Hawaiian Airlines solution to Kona. Despite numerous emails and telephone calls to Orbitz, Mesa and PROCEED!"customer support", I've yet to become repaid for that Hawaiian Airlines solution. Many months previously A CHANCE! Trip from Honolulu to Hilo overshot the Hilo airport as each pilots had dozed off and needed to be awakened by Hilo control structure. I'll never again cope with Orbitz, Mesa or PROCEED!
