Ripoff Again and don't care at all again

I had a ticket for the 19th of January but had to change it to the 9th of January. Anyhow I called Greyhound and they told me to take it to the nearest agent or terminal and get it changed. So I did with my mother as a witness the guy told me that he couldn't sell me another ticket since I didn't buy it from him but online. So he told me I'd have to go to a Terminal and get it changed there. So I went to the terminal with my father and mother as witnesses and was told by this agent that I don't have to buy another ticket as it's good for 1 year even though it was a 10 day advance purchase ticket.

So I gave the driver of 6999 my ticket and he said only that I'd have to change buses at the next stop. At the next stop I got a luggage tag and gave this rude and nasty person my ticket and she got a manager to tell me the same thing as she did in the same rude manner and nasty attitude that I would have to buy another ticket and that it could only be purchased with cash not with a credit card even though I purchased the original ticket with a credit card.

So I had to make two withdrawls. 1-was for this girl named CC that would have me pay only $10.00 for an extra bag and the second withdrawl was because of this rude and nasty attitude black woman named Katrina and her also rude and nasty attitude manager named Reginald. I was told in Chattanooga by a guy who was workingh for them for 37 years that I didn't need to buy another one. And here are the two rudest and nastiest people-Katrina with only 10 years of experience and Reginald with only a few years of experience telling me that someone with plenty more years of experiences is wrong, i don't think so. I believe they should be fired immediately.

Due to me drawing money out twice I got overdrawn at the ATM as opposed to the Credit Card I had where I had around $170.00 on it to use but yet Katrina said no and so did smart alec Reginald who was the same as Katrina. And them both treating me who was also disabled and no help from them at all and reginald telling an elderly woman who was hunched over got told by reginald "I don't like you either", I heard it cause Reginald was standing right by me when he said it. I wish I could get compensation from Greyhound but they just do whatever they want to cause they know they can get by with it.

And this has happened before where I didn't get no disability help and wrote to Dallas, TX but it seems that they look at the letters and laugh and then just throw it in the trash without any concern for that person at all who had valid problems with the Greyhound Employees.
