I bought a ticket online for the greyhound bus from Wilmington, DE to NYC. When I arrived at the bus I noticed there were far too many people for the bus. Sure enough about 15 customers who had already bought tickets did not fit on the bus. The driver rudely told us we could wait for the 620 bus (it was 3 o'clock). The people at will call told us they would not be sending another bus. They would not even refund my ticket because I bought it online. I was told they had sold tickets to people at the desk because they believed there was still room on the bus. Meanwhile the bus driver let people on at one of the stops on the way without reporting the extra people. So even though I bought my ticket online in advance, they let other people on first and neglected to save room for myself and 15 other customers. They offered no alternative service and were extremely rude. Don't take greyhound unless you enjoy paying $20 for a ticket that takes you nowhere.
