My 18 year old daughter bought an airline ticket through priceline. During the process the ticket she was purchasing supposedly became unavailable and therefore her information was pulled through to another ticket purchase. As she was using my credit card, it somehow reverted my name to the passenger and she did not catch it on the edit page. This girl works as a waitress and is a senior in high school who busts her a$ for her money. We had to cancel the flight, can get no refund, and the ticket may be reissued for elsewhere with a $150.00 fine and it may only be reissued to me.
Even when I contacted priceline management team, they told me that as I made my cancellation through the airline rather than through them that they could not help me, but it was their own supervisor whol told me to deal with the airlines and that they may be able to help.
Priceline screws you over!!!
