Imperial Majesty Cruise Line Vacations
Without authorization stole money from my unemployment card!

On december 18 i received a letter in the mail from imperial majesty cruise line vacations. I opened and read the letter and started thinking about inquiring about the tickets inside. On saturday december 20 i called the cruise line company phone and number and started listening to the yarn about everything enclosed in the "deal". I then asked the gentleman how much, and he started asking for credit card numbers of all kinds, reluctantly i gave the man my numbers. He again told me of all the great things include in the package and that it would cost me $799.00 to start and then tried to transfer me to an authorizing agent, at which point i got disconnected.

I didn't think anymore about it for two reasons. First, i couldn't afford it and second and foremost, i'm on unemployment and the card was my mo. Access
"debit" card which is the new unemplyment monetary payment system.

Monday, december 22, I was christmas shopping and when i went to pay for my items i found out my card was invalid due to insufficient funds.

When i called to see about my account, i found out that at first imperial cruise line had tried to withdraw $799, then $599, then $399, $299 and finally did draw $199.00 from my account. When ic alled them up and was trying to recover my money they tried (while i was on the phone with them) to withdraw another $599 and gave me the run-around. Some person was gonna call me back in 45 minutes, that never happened!

I finally got through to mo. Access and told them the story only to find out i would have to get hold of the cruise lines customer services during regular business hours and get them to fax mo. Access a statement on their letter-head saying my name last four numbers of my "debit card" date amount of transaction and verbage stating that merchant will not be collecting on the funds, please release the "pre-authorization!

I have since terminated said "debit" card and am having to wait probably til after the new year before i receive a new card and have any more money!
"so-called" authorization
