After viewing an ad within our regional document declaring that cruise.com was providing prepaid gratuities whenever you arranged before a particular day, i arranged a-7 day sail together. Our receipt didn't display prepaid gratuities and so I named them-and was informed they were incorporated but didn't display about the bill.
About The last evening of the sail, we discovered that the gratuities hadn't been compensated. We named customer support in the vessel plus they declined to recognize their dedication.
I'll never utilize them again.
