I received a voucher from "Imperial Majesty Cruise Line Vacations" back in June. Today, July 30th before I called the toll free number on that voucher, I decided first to check the "BLOG" about this company, and let me tell you something, I suggest everybody need to check first on line or call Better Business Bureau (if you don't have a computer access at home) to check what kind of company and what kind of experiences other people had in the pass. Oh my God, I thank you all and "The complaint" for putting this informations for all of us to read, you all save my time and money for NOT dealing with this kind of company.
I called "Imperial Majesty Cruise Line" and HUNG UP THE PHONE on them when one of the customer service said that he "NEED MY CREDIT CARD AND $689.00" FOR A DEPOSIT!!! So, you all NEED TO DO THE SAME... Don't waste your breath and time to listen to their lies... Hang up the phone!!!
