We had booked a cruise for Feb 26 for 3 days back in September and when we called to receive our cruise documents begining of February, the company told us the cruise was cancelled...
They had try to contact us by phone but our phone was apparently busy... (they nerver sent us an email or a letter to inform us).in december, We had purchased airlines tickets to Ft Lauderdale.
They put us on hold for over 45 minutes and they refuse to reimburse us for the cruise and the flight tickets cancellation fees. Total ripoff $420.
We reported them to the Better Business Bureau in Florida and we are going to pursue other legal avenues to get our money back.
