My husband and I traveled to San Antonio earlier this week to take our daughters to the airport. The day prior to our trip, my husband had accessed a website that presented itself as a "finder of cheap but quality" hotels. He provided the credit card number and we were quoted a set rate.
When we arrived at the hotel and a receipt was provided to us, we noticed it did not have our correct name or card number. The company had evidently charged another person's card for our stay (and mind you, we just noticed this tonight). However, our bank statement has a charge on it for Ian Travel Services for $20 more than the "erroneous" charge.
We're not sure what's going on but plan to get this resolved asap! While googling the company's website to get more info them, I found a "complaint" on this same compay with seemingly similar circumstances.
Someone please help!
