Went through them online to reserve hotel room and when I arrived at the hotel with confirmation number, I was told that the travel agent was told this hotel was soldout. The travel agency charged my credit card the room rates & a service charge at time of reservations.
They charged me credit card knowing that the hotel was sold out and led me to believe I had a hotel room during a very busy time in that area. Thanks to the manager I was able to locate a room with another hotel, but had to pay 2x as much and ended up with rooms that was half the quality.
I had tried several attempts with this company to get my money back. Luckly I put it on my credit card and disputed the charge.
