When Bob arrived at the airport he was told his ticket had not been paid for and had to pay in order to begin his travel plans. Our checking account was charged on 9/1/08 for travel plans through Travelocity. At the United counter he paid again for the tickets. We sent all the backup paper work 3 times now and have not been contacted. The incident report number expires and we get automated messages but... No refund. United charged us for the flight on 10/12. How can we get our money back. When I called and was on hold for 22 minutes, Jeff "tried" to help and then told me he would have to pass it on to customer service... Which is obviously who I called in the first place.
