This evolves around the 30 day refund covered by Florida State Statute 559-933.
Since 28th October I've been trying to get a refund of $770 for a deposit on a Promotional Package.
I had phone conversations with the Quality Assurance staff was told on the 11th Nov. 2008 it would take 14 days nothing happened.
I was told on another conversation after the 14 days was up that this particular staff member would process now and would be in my bank within 24 - 48hrs nothing happened.
I have numerous emails up till today with no response and no money refund has been received at my bank.
I am on a disability pension and are looking for some assistance as I live in Western Australia and it is difficult with the time difference.
