October 14 then again on October 20 this company withdrew $49.95 and $39.95 from our bank account, without our consent. As of today we have paid out almost $800.00 to clear up all the NSF fee's incurred with our bank.
Called the customer service number to request that they cancell whatever it was they were charging me for and demanded a refund. Was told I would receive a refund in 30-45 business days. That was October 27 almost 4 months ago.
Now here it is Febuary I call customer service, and not suprising, I speak with the same CSR named Manny, CSR I.D. 201, that seems to be the only person available to speak with. I ask to speak to his supervisor and he tells me there are no supervisors to speak with. Then this man has the nerve to tell me that If I want my refund or any other assistance from him, I need to calm down and not be hostile with him.
Who do these people think they are???
I'm to the point that I'm searching for attorneys that handle these kind of cases.
