Last May, i booked a vacation for $598 w my credit card. They said i had 30 days to change my mind. Then i got cold feet the next day because they didnt email a confirmation of my reservation as promised. I d tried several times to cancel. They wouldnt call me back. Finally, a guy mike called me and offered to remove any conditions about time frame to reserve a booking and he took $200 off. Then it was 2weeks before i got any hard copy certificates. There was no company letterhead on it and it looked very unprofessional. I returned them immediately as i had 30 days to change my mind. Then they stalled and said they didnt receive them. My mistake was not sending it by courier w a tracking number. Rachel said if the package arrives in good condition then we will decide IF you get a refund. Then I threatened to report them to travel bureau in florida and all i got was rudeness and saying i could not cancel. To date i have not made the reservation as i dont trust them. Today i got another call from Costa Rica resorts. They got my name as a card holder of Sears, Macy's etc.
I think this is a scam also.
