I was contacted by someone from this company & was pressured to purchase a vacation package for $300.00. I was told I could review it and had 30 days to cancel. I did not receive the package and called to cancel. I was told I didn't have a valid reason to cancel. I was given an invalid tracking number for the USPS. I was told that when they put the tracking number in it showed that my package went to the wrong address. Why didn't I get that when I put the tracking number into the USPS website?!?! She then proceeded to email me a copy of the certificates with a note saying that now that my package had been altered (re-sent) it could no longer be cancelled. I thought it couldn't be cancelled anyway!!! I have never been treated so rudely. They have accused me of "seller fraud" and of being a "professional debtor". How can I commit seller fraud I'm the buyer. What can be done to stop these people? This is a huge scam!
