The website billed my credit card than decide not to answer the 5 email and one fax that I use to contact the company

July 14/06 I purchase a embassy leather purse than I go into the website the item is pending I sent a email asking about the item they don't reply I fine out transaction pending on the credit card so I cancell my mastercard I sent the first email seaboard says they have nothing on me on the website I find it weird and odd
