The owners of Temecula Travel, failed to disclose any fees or penalties resulting from name changes on airline tickets. I had to purchase a new airline ticket because of a name change months before the trip was to happen. The airlines penalty was 100% of the ticket price. This was not disclosed anywhere and when questioned about it their reply was that all airlines do this (100% penalty) and it's common knowledge in the industry. The "Sellers of Travel Act" states that consumers are to have the right of discloser of terms and penalties in writing which Temecula Travel did not aquire or attempt to present. The "Sellers of Travel Act of 1995" was enacted to keep these dishonest travel agencies honest. The small claims judge also agreed by awarding me a judgement for the replacement cost of the ticket. To this day, Temecula Travel, has not fulfilled it's court appointed payment to me. I would advise all to seek someone else for your travel arrangements. Do not trust temecula travel.
