I purchased a Jamaica travel package for 2 adults and a 2 year-old child. I was quoted a price for 3 people, told to pre-pay for 3 air tickets, which I did, then was asked to select a hotel from a few options, each with a price for 3 people.
I received the physical air tickets and hotel package one week before my travel, but only received 2 tickets and was told that the 3rd ticket was coming. After a couple of days, I inquired again and was told that the airline made a mistake and said that they would try to get a ticket. When my travel date arrived, I still did not receive a ticket and was told I had to either pay a full-fare ticket for my child if I wanted to receive a ticket or tell ("lie") the airline that my child was an infant.
After the trip, I asked for 1/3 of my money back since the travel prices were quoted for 3 people but actual travel plans were for 2 people. I immediately received not only a "No" answer from the President of Travel Bureau, James Street, but was told I couldn't do anything about it. I have not heard anything from them ever since.
