This all started after a trip in the mall. A guy with a offer to good to be true a vacation for 3 days and 2 nights to Pigeon forge. He told us all we had to do is sit thru a presentation and we would get an additional vacation at one of there many resorts around the U.S. And a $75 gift card to a resturant. So me and my husband booked our vacation followed there directions arrived on our days for our vacation and much to our surprise got sent to the holiday inn instead of staying at there new resort like we were promised. We were both very upset but we were already there and didn't wanna waste our money we had already spent so we settled in and enjoyed the rest of our day.
The next day we went to our " Hour" presentation we sat in there lobby waiting for our named to be called and we finally got this very short girl with these horrible teeth finding it very hard to make eye contact with her made it very uncomfortable. We went to this room and sat at her station and she started asking all these personal questions about what we like to do and where we want to take vacations and iot just went on and on and on. Asking how we save our money and how much we spend on vacation. Then we discussed the price of there time share and we knew right away it wasn't something we were interested in.
The money was way more than we could possible afford a month without cutting out all of our fun and extra spending each month. So we polietly told her we couldn't afford it and that we were ready to go. But, she wasn't having that so we struggled thru another 30 min of touring there property (which is very beautiful but for someone who can afford it) we went back to her table and she called over some guy who tried to offer us the world he kept coming up with deal after deal by this time my husband who is very impatient and hates to be bothered after we have said no over and over in the nicest way possible simply told them "NO and would you please sign our voucher so we can go please"
So finally she went and got some other man and we went to another room with yet more little tables and this new guy tried yet another time to sell us a 16 month sample of there resort life me and my husband were bout to go crazy when he finally got the point and signed our voucher and went to get our gifts we were promised. He came back with our gift cards and no vacation so I asked about it and was told they had no record of it but when I got home to call and talked to the number I called.
So that is what I did and with my offer in hand and my gifts printed in front of me in black and white on a paper they had mailed me they still said they had no record of it and gave me another number to call. I called the number and this muct happen often because they had a catagory for it but I just got a recording and kept getting put on hold so I cut my losses and forgot about it because it really wasn't worth all the hassle I was going thry. But if you ever book with them with these same promises just be prepared to be dissapointed and aggravated..
