We ordered and paid for a room for 4 nights in Knoxville TN. They charged our creditcard the appropriate fee. When we arrived we found the accomodations less than required (my daughter had to sleep om the floor or in a recliner).
Mainstay Suites refused to accomodate us with appropriate accomodations and added insult to injury by charging us a second time for our rooms.
We have since contacted both organizations repeatedly with no resolution. Hotwire is a black hole, our ccard company refuses to do anything, and Mainstay repeatedly promises someone will call us back with no response.
