Mainstay Business Solutions is in the process of stealing money from former employees after the company went out of business. Mainstay was shut down by the state of California because they did not pay their unemployment taxes. Mainstay owes $16.4 million. Mainstay did not pay any of its employees their final paycheck before closing its doors.
Mainstay is right now stealing money from peoples bank accounts. They are taking back the last paycheck that the employees received before they closed their doors and did not pay the final one. Many people have had their bank accounts ripped off already. There is nothing to stop them. The only way is to drain the account and close it, fast. Banks cannot stop them. What they are going after is the last paycheck that was deposited into an employees account. They can only get this amount, no more, no less.
This of course is illegal, but they are doing this. Complain to the Attorney General, the labor board and your congressman. Call your bank and protect yourself. Mainstay is owned by a tribal company full of con men, check the internet to read the articles.
