I booked a stay at Hawthore suites via Hotwire. I received an email from Hotwire on June 5th stating the the hotel changed names and the reservations were still good with candlewood suites.
I arrived on July 19th and found out that Candlewood Suites would not honor the reservations. I arrived around 10:30pm.
I talked to 4 people and by the time they were able to help me it was after 12:00am and Hotwire couldn't do anything, just refund my money.
I do have emails if needed. I would like more ftom Hotwire than a refund.
