My husband, two kids and I stayed here at Travel Inn where there was a lady working that gave us a room then switched us into another room due to a single bed in the other room while we had requested for a double bed in the first place. When we had gotten to our 2nd room I have tried to explain to the lady in the front desk that we had no remote, heater didn't work and there was a big open draft from under the door. We had an 11 month old baby at the time. We had stayed elsewhere for a cheapter price and the rooms were better. I tried asking for a refund the moment we checked out but she kept telling me that the manager wasn't here and I haven't spoke with the manager since then even keep calling here explaning what happened but she wouldn't listen or told me the manager wasn't there. I had even faxed her the information but still no response from the manager. My daughter had gotten sick the next day because it was cold in the room.
