As i was looking for a temp home just for a few day's i decided to rent a hotel room from desert villa so i spoke to the manager and handed him a small deposit and i moved in and i stayed 1 night. Then the next day i found a place to move to and when i tried to get my money back of $140.00 the manager stated no refund's and i mentioned there were no sign's posted on the office wall or front door and nothing posted in the room. He wouldn't even give me back half so i said forget it and walk away and i decided i'll file with the bbb and let them deal with the manager. But i'll describe the room condition's... Shower head pipe tapped, no dead bolt lock on the door, no mirror over the rest room sink, no porch light, couldn't park in front of my room because of poor parking spaces. This hotel room isn't worth $160.00 a week...
