I checked in on Friday night after midnight. When I got to the room, the phone didn't work, there was no remote for the TV and the door wouldn't close. I went to the front desk and heard the clerk tell another customer "she has a whole drawer full of remotes that don't work". When I asked for a remote I was told there weren't any. I told her about the problems and she came to the room and replaced the phone and told us the door had a "security" feature that required you to use both hands to close the door.

There was no toliet paper in the bathroom so I had to go back to the front desk.

The refrigerator was not on so I turned it on. I found out later that it didn't work at all. On Saturday, someone came in the room and turned it off and took my drink out and set it on the table.

The TV in the lobby was showing the History Channel and had a perfect picture. The TV in my room only picked one channel and it was very fuzzy.

The sign over the front door said internet access but I couldn't connet in my room. When I asked the manager, he said they had a router down and I would have to go to the lobby to connet.

The room had a king size bed and two "travel" size pillows. When I asked for more pillows they told me they were out.

The ice machine was not working so all the food I brought with me spoiled. When I asked for ice on Friday night the clerk got a bag from the back room and filled my ice bucket. When I asked for ice on Saturday night, the clerk had a bag in her hand but told me I couldn't have any of it because it belonged to the manager.

On Saturday, I left the room early and returned around 2 pm. My room had not been cleaned. I called the front desk to let them know that the tolied had backed up and asked the maid to bring a plunger when she cleaned my room. I said I was on my way out again so she could come at her convenience. I returned to the room at around 9 pm and it still wasn't clean and the toliet was still clogged. I called the front desk and was told there was no maid. She sent the maintenance man to to plunge the toliet.

Every time I returned to the room I had to have my key card reprogramed.

On Saturday night, there was a huge party in the lobby area and the music was blaring until way past midnight.

When I checked out on Sunday, I asked to speak to the manager about the awful conditions. I was told that they were in the middle of a managment change and there was no manager available. I was given a phone number to call. When I called the number, the man that answered said he was not connected to the hotel, yet.

When I told the front desk clerk about my concerns, she told me the hotel had a "no refund" policy.

I called to try to get some satisifaction and left messages four times over the next four days and no one has returned my call yet.
