I checked in my room at 2:06 P.M. On 12/12/09. I noticed that my comforter on my bed (double room) had a stain that appeared like the results of a sexual act. I attempted to call the front desk in order for someone to change the bedding but the telephone in the room was broken. As I left for my engagement I stopped by the desk with my 2 compliants. I was assured that it would be taken care of by my return. I returned to my room four hours later. The bedding had not been changed because I viewed the same stain on the comforter nor did I have a working telephone to call for help. I went to the front desk and made them aware of the issue.in about 10minutes they gladly moved me into another room. I left for 20minutes and came back with my food that I had purchased. I attempted to make a call home to my wife while I watched a little t.V. To my surprize there was not a remote control. I turned to call the front desk again but this time there wasn't a telephone in the room at all. I again walked to the front desk to make a complaint.in 10minutes i was brought a remont control for the t.V. I was never brought a telephone. As I sat on my bed to prepare to open my food to eat there it was. A small mouse running beside my bed. I quickly got up and made them aware of the mouse plus I put my food in the care because I couldn't eat. I remained in that room but i had difficult time sleeping in fear that the mouse would crawl on my bed. If that happened and couldn't call for help because I didn't have a phone. I checked out of the hotel at 8:25 A.M. This was the worst place I ever stayed in.
