I specifically searched for a hotel with an indoor pool. Priceline showed a hotel with a photograph of a pool, but did not list it in the amenities. The hotel did not have a pool. The person at the desk stated he thinks they had one over two years ago in an old building. All other photographs were current.
I had already been checked in for several hours before I found out, so I could not just leave. Priceline denied false advertising, stating that they can use photographs from "sister hotels" if they want to. The only concession they offered me was a ten dollar add on to my next priceline bid. I told them I would not be using their services again.
