Property # 14610 Deplorable facility

Feedback Property # 14610 In lansing, IL is deplorable. I arrive 12/29 at 4:19 am very tired from traveling all night from Texas. Did not inspect the room, and just needed to get some sleep before an early morning appointment. I checked out and found that I needed to be in Lansing until Sunday morning so, I went back to the hotel and was given a room with no heat in the dead of winter. No telephone was in the room.

I to go to the front desk several times to ask for towels and ask that some one please come and fix the heating problem. Well, after an hour and 30 minutes I requested my money be returned and I would just go to another hotel. They refused to refund my money, and I told them that I was going to report this location to there corporate office.

I am a manager for Kraft Foods and travel frequently and I have never seen a franchise in such bad conditions. I have also reported the Howard Johnson hotel chains to our travel department, and ask that none of the fanchise facilities ever be used for our company travel.
