My daughter left her hair flat iron in room 1004 on 5/28 when checking out of Hotel Howard Johnson la Carolina in Quito, Ecuador. We called the hotel directly to ask to hold it aside until she returns to Quito in a few days on her way home from Cuenca to the USA. Housekeeping said it was not left in the room. They lied and stole it. I am not a happy momma.
