The Howard Johnson hotel location sucked. It is not close to the beach at all.
We walked in and walked right back out.
It smelled liked fish. I didnt like the location. They called my house phone and told my daughter that they were going to charge us for the room. She spole to someone and confirmed that we had canceled the room and staying elsewhere and they still charged my card.
I responded by contacting the manager and restating the facts but they are not willing to refund any of the charges. I would prefer that they only charge a cancellation fee.
So to Howard Johnson and Wyndam Resorts will never hear the end of my complaints until I see resolution.
