This agency accidentally canceled our trip 2 weeks before our departure date and 3 months after we booked it. The new travel arrangements required us to spend 3 times longer getting to our destination than the original direct flights. Return flight was booked with connecting flight too close to get out luggage through customs. Dates of travel had to be changed. Double billed our credit card twice for the deposit and the trip cost was $400 more because of last minute booking. They have been telling us that our refund for double billing was on the way since May. Don't know what to do too get our money back.
