Randy Re Trip ID 372540487572 I was told there were no more seats on Flight Air Tran return # 549 last night even though it showed on the computer. I was lied to and I want my return flight changed

I booked a trip last night # 372540487572 I saw on the computer two flight going # 554 and return #549 which were both direct flights Randy told me that the return flight was full. I stated that it was still on the computer. He said the only other flight was #746 and 550 which was an stop over flight which would be only 3 and 1/2 hours.

I went on line this am and found the direct flights were still available I called and asked if there were seats available on flight #549 direct return and they said yes. I asked for the flight arrangements be changed as I feel Iwas lied to last night. I was informed that they could not do it. That is why I am complaining to you.

I even had to pay 10.00 extra for a stop over flight that is going to take 5 hours longer. Please listen to the tape and you will see that I was told there were no seats available on #549 Air Trans and he gave me the only flight which was a stop over flight available to come back that day.

I want to get what I originally asked for with the total price of $1,760.88
