I signed up for the vacation package for 2 back in 2004 which was $698 per adult. After I had paid for the first adult I was unable to pay anymore due to financial trouble I ran into, so I stopped them from drafting money out of my account. Then I set up a new vaction package with them for the amount I paid and they gave me until 2006 to use it.in 2006 I ran into some legal problem, DWI, and was unable to use the vacation at all because I was unable to leave the state and didnt have the time to sacrifice for a vacation. I then called the company and told them about my situation and asked if I could just get a refund on my vacation because of the following occurences in my life and they then told me that the vacation was non-refundable which was the first time they had ever told me that. I then asked if I could fax my legal documents, which i still have, showing them my legal situation and see if they could make an exception which they also denied.
After that I just gave up on the whole thing until a week ago when stumbled across all of the vaction documents again and decided I would try yet again to get a refund. So, i called and explained my situation again to them and they told me it was non-refundable again and that i could pay more money if I wanted another vacation, so I just hung up.
Please help me because they just made $700 off me in which I recieved nothing in return.
