Ramada Plaza Resorts - Ft. Lauderdale

We purchased a vacation trip with the Ramada Plaza Resort. We recently found out that we will not be able to take this trip, ever. We contacted the company to inform them of our situation. We spoke with a supervisor named Arturo Satunar, he informed us that this trip is non-refundable and that we had to take this trip or sell it to someone.

We were never told, in all the conversations that we had with this company, that the vacation package is non-refundable. Mr. Al Shular is the Sr. Manager, he can be reach at the above number ext. 4116. The President's name is Jim Varilla, he can be reached at the same address, no telephone number was given to us.

We would like our money refunded, as a consumer we have that right. This package was $698 per adult and $99 per child. There are two adults and one child scheduled for this trip.

Please help us in getting a refund. Thank you very much.
