I received a voucher of $1,500 and called them on 8/24 to sign up for vacation. This is the first pacakge I brought from them and paid in full but I never use it. Then, I received a second call last December to paid another $898 to keep the package until 1/17. I spoke with a customer service supervisor Maureen Argyros confirmed that my package is good until 1/17. Her phone# is 954-351-0087 x800. The total money that I have been paid for is around $1,600.
Today 10/24, I received a call from 800-475-0184 said my package is expired and they demanded for the last payment plus $300 more.
I demand my refund of $673 for the vacation package I brought from last November 16th. Also, including second Package TDC # SO082104-001TC of total refund of $1,047 for this package sold in 2005. The total should be $1,720. They also violated the DO NOT CALL LIST that I have signed up for.
Everyone could help me getting my refund will be appreciated and I can join them for a class action as well.
