Travelocity sold us a Vacation Package, to Cabo, we were shocked to see our Room as it is a new complex, so new that 50% of it is under construction, so we have no elevators, were on the 4th floor, there is no spa, we are awaken to 40 workers looking in our room, jackhammers, saws, hammers, you name it, we seen and heard it... We were told we had to use a trolly to go to other hotels for spa usage, we were to have Ocean View, we had only construction view, What a horible experience, but it gets worse...
We called for help, we found that all of our calls went to Bombay India, we were put on eternal hold, and ended up with over $350 in long distance bills from Mexico on our Cell phone, and the Hotel for calling Travelocity... Oh ya dont for get the HOTEL DEL ARCOS PLEDGE, TO SERVE ONLY THOSE THAT BUY TIMESHARE, WE HATE SALES PEOPLE FROM THIS HOTEL, AND THE CABO AREA, AS ALL EVERYONE THERE DID WAS TRY TO SELL TIMESHARE...
What a Joke, our Vacation was Construction Workers, and avoiding Sales Men/Women... We have tried to call travelocity and speak or get an AMEICAN phone #, all we get is eternal hold... We hope by reporting to the BBB and here on usacomplaints.com, and Tom Martino that we can actually get an American, or some sort of resolve from this disaster...
