Bluegreen Vacations misled us when they sold us the timeshare by:
-promising us a free cruise that was not free and cost as much as purchasing one through a travel agency
-told us we could give the timeshare back to them to be resold if we decided we didn't want it
-gave us worthless RCI "bonus weeks" that can only be used to visit locations during times when no one would want to visit; specifically, we were told that we could rent our timeshare and use the RCI bonus weeks certificate to go to Myrtle Beach in the summer... But the certificate can't be used for that!
-we were promised 5 bonus weeks but didn't receive them
Also:
-the number of points required to use a timeshare goes up, and you have to buy more points to make it worthwhile
-the maintenance fees are exhorbitant
-they double-debited my account for the maintenance fees.
And much, much, more.
