We were told that we would receive the $89 that was required to be sent in with our reservation validation. We received informaion that told us to call and confirm our dates, which we attempted to do.
Here's what followed: We were told that the dates we had picked weren't going to be available due to Hurricane Katrina damage and that there wouldn't be dates available until around July or August. Since that time frame wouldn't work for us we were told that we would get our money back and sent a new, extended time package to choose from with no obligation.
We received the new pamphlet about two weeks later, which happened at the end of January. It is now the end of March and we still haven't received a refund and the phone number on the pamphlet doesn't work.
