Up graders beware, when you buy bluegreen timeshares on eBay or do a upgrade with bluegreen (buy more points) they prorate your maintance fees from your original date to your up grade date and charge you an upgrade pro-rate fee. On your maintance so you will be paying double fees from your original date to the new up grade date. When I called bluegreen on this they said its in the contract I asked why Derrick Crawford in owners services who sold us the upgrade didn't tell us. She said they didn't have to. How convienant for them. This cost us $1,725.04 in double fees. These guys are real scums they don't care two cents about you they just want your money even if it means screwing you. Also if you want more points don't buy them from bluegreen go to eBay type in bluegreen timeshare resales I got 14,000 points for $1.00 it's a great place to get points. Never up grade with bluegreen no matter what they tell you.
