We were promised many things when we signed up for this timeshare. Free plane tickets, free weeks to stay in the timeshare, extra points, free dinners,
no yearly fees. All were lies. We never recieved anything. Every time we tried to book a week to stay in the timeshare they said it was not available. The person who sold us the timeshare no longer works for the co. None of our telephone calls were returned. No one would explain the points system.
They promised to help us sell it if we were not happy with it. We never got to use the timeshare. Now I just learn today that its on my credit report. No word or warning from bluegreen. We thought it was sold to someone else, as we did hire another co (Timeshare Market Pro.inc). To sell it for us last year, but they only took our money and we never heard from them or bluegreen again. We thought the nightmare was over but we learned that it will effect our credit rating which was very good. I have no idea what to do next. They will not give us any information about the account because its in collections and forclorsure. Please do not sign up with bluegreen, it is the worst co. I've ever had to deal with.
