I printed a coupon from a reputable travel source on the internet. The coupon was for this specific place and was not to expire for many weeks after I was to use it.
It was denied because the manager "doesn't take coupons anymore" When I expressed my concern for this problem, I was basically dismissed. I asked to speak to the manager and was told there was no manager there. I am angry that a well known hotel will not honor the coupons the company has issued through internet source nor allow me to talk to a manager. If they did not want to honor them, it should have been removed from the site by request of the company.
Shouldn't a company be required to honor a coupon, in their name and exact address with a valid expiration date? It gives the internet company a bad name because of a manager's stubborness.
