Manager would not accept my coupon - frozen drinks

!!! This is a complaint!!!

I downloaded a coupon for a free chiller/frappe/strawberry lemonade from the following website:

And when I presented it to the cashier, she said referred the coupon to her manager because she didn't understand what it was saying. She did not try to scan it. The manager, then said that he couldn't accept the coupon. When I asked why, he told me that he couldn't accept copies of coupons or coupons from the internet; if he did, it would have to be in color to prove that it wasn't a copy. I asked him how that would work if I didn't own a color copier. I also pointed out that the coupon is specifed for me, it has my name on it and a specific bar code; it's clear that it couldn't be used twice. That should be enough to show that it wasn't a copy. He replied, "I don't know, just trying to do my job" and he handed me the coupon back. I purchased my food items and vowed to voice my opinion. No where on the coupon does it state that it's limited to certain participating restaurants, it does mention the fact that it couldn't be copied; however, mine should have been accepted, as it was not a copy. It was very disappointing that customer service is not valued at that participating location (#16840); I won't be visiting them anymore. I will be using my coupon at another location. I would also like to be informed as to the measures that you plan to take on this. Thanks.
