I had a coupon for a free chicken sandwich with purchase. I bought the combo. Manager Veronica didn't want to honor the coupon because I had to purchase ONLY the sandwich by itself, not the combo. Hello! What is wrong with management there? In my restaurant we honor your coupons even if they expired. We honor whatever brough your bussines in. Even competition coupons. I just don't understand how she had the nerve to argue with a guest in the drive thru, under the storm. Pleeease!
