Well it seems as I am certainly not the first one that has gotten caught up in this scam. Wish I would have known about this website months ago.
In searching for fares to Romania to visit my daughter, this website had been sending me updates on prices, etc. Finally in October a very good consolidator fare came up which I decided to purchase. Fedex'd a check, same deal, save $100 by paying with check, October 11th, it was cashed on October 14th.
For the last two weeks I have been constantly calling, emailing, faxing trying to find out where my ticket is and never having any of my inquiries answered. I finally called the airline yesterday and found that I was not booked on any of the flights in my itinerary.
At this point I realize I will never receive my tickets and have been ripped off. I have been saving for this trip for almost a year... WHY IS THIS PERSON STILL IN BUSINESS?
I plan on pursuing any avenue possible to insure that others don't fall for this scam artist. If anyone can help... Please include me in any actions.
